Woman's Cloche Hat

Close-fitting domed cloche hat with crown of fine black straw and narrow slightly curved brim of black felt. Brim edge is cut to shape and left unbound. A vertical applique of the felt is stitched to the proper right side. A hat pin ornament of two metal disks with paste diamonds in triangle forms (ice cream cone shapes) is pinned to applique.
