Francis Perry House
678 Pequot Road
The Francis Perry house was built in 1832. Perry bought the land in 1832 from Stephen Osborne, but it is not known who actually built the home. Perry was the president of Southport National Bank and the Secretary-Treasurer and Trustee of Southport Savings Bank. Perry was a devoted member of Trinity Church during his life, and after his wife died the house was given to the church to be used as the parish rectory.
